Zachary Lee

Mr. Lee is responsible for the day-to-day management of USI and is a member of the board of directors. He brings extensive experience in strategic management. Prior to the formation of USI, Mr. Lee worked for Duke Energy Trading & Marketing, where he managed the Structured Products and Derivatives marketing group. This team's goal was to enhance the value of Duke's trading organization by leveraging the natural gas derivatives market to create natural gas physical and financial product opportunities for producers and end users. Prior to Duke, Mr. Lee worked for Entergy-Koch Trading in a number of trading roles with a focus on the natural gas and power markets.

Mr. Lee also serves as the CEO of Asset Risk Management, LLC (ARM). ARM provides comprehensive energy risk management services to oil and gas producers throughout North America. The company is focused on the development, implementation and continual optimization of hedge strategies that ensure price protection but also create maximum value. ARM Gas Marketing provides natural gas marketing, transportation and asset management services delivering secure, competitively priced supplies to market.

Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Texas A&M University.
